Beyond Walls Community Solutions

Supporting. Empowering. Communities.

When a building is renovated while people still live there, the construction schedule depends on residents being out of the right unit, on the right day — and back in when the work is done. That coordination is nobody's core job on a crew or in a leasing office. It is ours.

Our Mission

Beyond Walls Community Solutions exists to make relocation feel human. We partner with construction companies and property owners to guide residents through temporary moves during construction, and we help businesses settle into new spaces — with clear communication, respect, and care, so people feel supported, projects stay on track, and businesses open with confidence.

What We Do

Our Services

For Buildings & Construction Companies

When a project is phased or a building stays occupied, somebody has to own the resident side of the schedule. That is the work we do.

  • Resident relocation coordination during renovations and construction
  • Phased and occupied-building projects, planned phase by phase
  • Resident notices, scheduling, and communication — from the first letter to the final walkthrough
  • Temporary unit-to-unit moves coordinated out and back
  • Move-day on-site coordination, so units are empty on schedule
  • One clear point of contact for residents, the building, and the construction team
  • Resident forms and sign-offs handled in English and Spanish

For Businesses

A business move is not finished when the truck leaves — it is finished when your team can sit down and work.

  • Relocation support for businesses moving to a new space
  • Move planning, scheduling, and communication, coordinated start to finish
  • One point of contact on move day
  • Your team walks in ready to work — settle in and open with confidence

How Move Day Works

1

We prepare the residents

Clear notices, schedules, and one point of contact for every resident — no one is left guessing about dates, packing, or where they are going.

2

We run the day

Our coordinator runs the resident side on move day. The building or general contractor engages licensed movers directly; we coordinate on site so units are empty on schedule.

3

We settle people back in

When the work is done, we coordinate the move back and follow up with residents, so the project closes cleanly and people feel taken care of.

The Full Move Cycle

1

Before the Move

Residents receive clear written notices, a schedule, and their forms and checklist well before move day. Temporary housing is confirmed, questions are answered, and every household knows its dates — in writing.

2

Move-Out Day

Our coordinator is on site. The licensed movers your project engaged do the carrying; we run the resident side, so units are cleared and handed over on schedule.

3

While the Work Is Underway

Residents in temporary housing still have one person to call. We pass along updates, help with questions and problems, and keep the return plan on track while construction runs.

4

Move-Back Day

We coordinate the return the same way — movers carry, we run the resident side — then walkthroughs and sign-offs close the move out cleanly, unit by unit.

What Residents Receive

  • A move packet and checklist before move day
  • Forms in English and Spanish
  • A coordinator who knows their name
  • Clear dates, in writing
  • Help tracking extra costs, with a simple expense log
  • One person to call with any question

Why Beyond Walls

Led by someone who does this work every day

Beyond Walls was founded and is led by a working resident engagement coordinator — someone who does this job inside buildings every day, and knows what residents actually need on move day.

Built for occupied renovations

We are not a moving company with a coordination side offer. The resident-schedule problem is our whole focus — it is the only problem we exist to solve.

English and Spanish

Resident communication, forms, and sign-offs in English and Spanish, so every household understands its dates, its rights in the process, and who to call.

A real company, not a side gig

Beyond Walls Community Solutions is a formed Pennsylvania LLC with a dedicated business phone line and business email — set up to be reached, and to be accountable.

How Pricing Works

Coordination is priced per project, based on the number of units and the number of move days involved. Every engagement begins with a brief scope review, and you receive a written quote before anything is signed — no surprises later.

And residents never pay Beyond Walls. Our client is the building, the construction company, or the business that is moving.

Common Questions

Who hires the movers?

The building owner or general contractor engages licensed movers directly. Beyond Walls runs the resident side — notices, scheduling, communication, and the day itself.

Do residents pay for this service?

No. Residents never pay Beyond Walls. We are hired by the building, the construction company, or the business that is moving.

How much notice do residents get?

Every resident receives clear written notices and a move-day checklist before move day. Exact timing is set in each project's plan — and making sure nobody is surprised is our job.

What kinds of projects do you take on?

Occupied renovations, phased construction, temporary unit-to-unit resident moves, and business relocations into new spaces.

Do you work in Spanish?

Yes. Resident support, forms, and sign-offs are available in English and Spanish.

Where do you work?

We take on projects across Pennsylvania — and as our clients' projects grow, so does our map.
